Sweet Memories in the Spooky Season
It’s hard to believe we’re inching into mid-October! I know it sounds like a cliché, but where has the time gone?
As autumn settles in and the holidays approach, I find myself thinking about my grown children’s Halloweens and all the holiday activities we did together: carving pumpkins, gathering leaves, raking them into piles and jumping right in! We made Tootsie Pop ghosts, roasted pumpkin seeds, and baked Halloween cookies to take to school for the class party.
Those were simpler times, I suppose—and they were fun, that’s for sure. But honestly, I don’t think today is all that different. People still love a cookie. I bet families still carve pumpkins and roast the seeds. Kids still love candy and silly ghosts.
Here at Rabbit & Rosemary, I want to keep happy, joyful occasions front and center: time well spent with friends and family, lots of laughter, and little ones worn out from running around in the autumn sunshine.
We can’t fence time. It keeps moving forward, but we can make sweet memories while it does. We hope you have the very best October spooky season!
Love,
Tracy, Rabbit, Rosemary & the Woodland Crew
